We offer professional coaching to assist you in successfully navigating your career path, execute your goals and properly position yourself to achieve what you want in your career. We also offer a Career Coaching & Development Program for those ready to dedicate 4 months towards career development and growth! We will craft a personalized career plan for you, teach you step by step how to navigate your career successfully, track your progress, be available to questions, give you career development resources, and more! These 1-on-1 sessions are customized for each person to ensure we have a personalized strategy to meet your goals. You will have the opportunity to work directly with Karie Harris, Certified Career Coach. This plan packages include: 1. Sessions focused on career development, leadership, promotion, career growth, networking, and being valuable at work. Each session will include a combination of group discussion, individual coaching, and practical exercises to help you develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in your career. 2. Personalized career coaching and support from me, a certified coach with years of experience in the field. I will work with you to set goals, identify areas for improvement, and develop a customized plan to help you achieve your career goals. 3. Access to resources and tools to support your career development, including templates, exercises, and assessments to help you make progress. 4. Unlimited email support between sessions to answer questions and provide guidance as needed. 5. A supportive community of like-minded individuals who are also working towards their career goals. This program will provide the support and guidance you need to make meaningful progress in your career.
